I wish you lived next door to me. We could do the cayenne pepper tea boogie, and go on tour with healthy hearts. I just started doin the tea today. My hands and feet were alway kinda cold feeling, but it magically went away within a few minutes of drinking the first glass with only 1/2 teaspoon in it. Wow ! Oh, im hlodin up my bic, so get back to jammin mon. It allright ! hahahahaha ! :>)

I discovered it last winter when me and my girlfriend were lookin 4 a natural sore throat/cold remedy.
