bush has compromised the "free market system" by allowing the bailouts to happen. therefore he is a socialist. besides, the free market system has been dead for decades. if there were a true free market system, there would be no reason to talk about socialism/communism because we the people would be truly free of the oppressive ways of our government.

you cannot have total freedom with socialism/communism. you would have to completely abolish the constitution and that would be foolish. the constitution(whats left of it) is the only reason we don't live in a totalitarian system. or one that looks like china or the soviet union. socialism can work but only when humans can free themselves from greed and power hunger(500yrs). until then, it is a dangerous thing to want because there will always be the few who take over and rule over the people.
