If you read a good book on " Yogasanam" which is originated in India, you can understand he benefits. Well Yoga strengthens the body and mind simultaneously. If you perform " Yoga " daily, you won't have any diseases at all . But you should learn exactly , how to perform them .

I always say that if you want to know whats the Latest and Greatest and cutting edge as far as Conditioning find out what Steve Maxwell is doing.

This is not the "Hindu Pushup"
Its a part of a yoga exercise called 'Suryanamaskar'
and this part is called the 'Bhujangasan'
This exercise is suppose to be done in the morning facing the sun.
