Mr. Smith is a very charismatic speaker, but he didnt convince me. He admits that the violence is greater then the Qur'an, its a violence of such a degree that the Qur'an doesnt even mention anything that horrible. But its OK because theres a reason for it ? And I guess the "violence" in the Qur'an is without reason. Incredible and amazing.
That is why Jesus was put to death, he was a false prophet. God says in Hosea 13:4 he is the only God, the only saviour, not "I have a godly son, a holy spirit or a human virgin wife" . Sorry nutjobs, but Jesus got what God boosts will happen to rebels who scoff at tradition.
I am just wondering by your statement, are you a Jew, an atheist or of some other believe? I am confused because you said Jesus was a false prophet and Died so you can't be Muslim or Christian.
If you are that confused or ignorant, reread the prophets in the OT, at least in the order that the KJV has them listed. I find Jews, Christians, and Muslims all disgusting, thanks for your question.
I noticed that Jay Smith said that the violence of the magnitude of the time of Joshua was never again repeated after that, but in 1 Samuel 15:1-4, it says: 3Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.
Is this not the same as the time of Joshua? Joshua was at the time of moses and Saul was at the time of David, AFTER Joshua!
An interesting point that Shabbir Aly pointed out was that Jesus (according to Christians) is one and the same person as God. Hence all the atrocities, sanctioned by God in the Bible, are in fact sanctioned by the "prince of peace" i.e. Jesus. Therefore Jesus participated in these Biblical massacares before he reformed himself as a pacifist man-god in his 1st coming.
E.g.Numbers 31:17 kill all male children and save virgins for yourselves...31:40 and save 32 virgins for God/Jesus! wonder why?
It doesn't look like the full version of Part Two is available. How about posting the version with part of Shabir's rebuttal missing? It's better than having no Part Two at all.
Question. If the Christians don't have a problem with the wars of Moses & the prophets (pbut all) being divinely inspired, why do they have a problem with the wars of Mohammed being divinely inspired?
Christians are interested in this issue for two reasons. First, we want to know what Islam teaches. Some Muslims tell us that Muhammad was completely peaceful. Other Muslims preach a far more violent prophet. So apart from the issue of whether Islam is true, we're interested in the future of the world given Muhammad's teachings. Second, we believe that Jesus commanded us to love everyone and not to retaliate. If Muhammad taught his followers to kill his enemies, then we have a problem here.
Muslims accept Jesus' teachings of love but you need to understand that Muhammad did not teach to kill your enemies unjustly but to kill in self defense or to kill against oppression. Killing in fact is a last resort peace is the first objective when facing an enemy.
The Sword represents the Word of God. It is a weapon against the Kingdom of Darkness. Not against other people. The Bible not only promotes peace but commands Children of God to be peaceful on earth to all other men. But We (The church of God/ Children of Kingdom of God) are at WAR WAR WAR against spiritual wickedness/ demonic forces ect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BTW people in the Kingdom are not in the army of God. We are citizens of the Kingdom. The army of the Kingdom are the Angels.
do you delive that demons exist? if you do then what sould God do to them? embrace them in brotherly love? give them a chance to repent? or punish them for the evil they have done i just don't understand how u think destroying Satan and his angels is VILE AND VULGAR?
No demons do not exist, Satan does not exist, let's include Angels while we are at it. Why would a universe creator destroy evil that he could have destroyed when he, the creator of evreything, created evil?
I wish you were right, and demons didn't exist! but unfortunately they do.
Even if i didn't believe in God, however i would still have to believe in the existence of spirits, because my sister was possessed by demon. i was not hallucinating when i saw the manifestation and she was not faking. What i saw was more real than anything else i ever thought to be real. Demons are Very, Very, Very, Very, Very Real.
Noah's generation would disagree. The inhabitants of Sodom would disagree. Egyptian firstborns would disagree. People in HELL would disagree. Victims of born again child rapists would disagree.
Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely. And our messengers had certainly come to them with clear proofs. Then indeed many of them, [even] after that, throughout the land, were transgressors.

I would personally say that the wars of Moses occurred in different times and were in self-defense against the other nations attacking.Mohammed's wars were violent conquests to spread his religion.I would say there is a bog difference.
You should study the biography of Muhammad from impartial sources. You will find that his wars were not violent conquests nor were they for spreading Islam.
I Know its hard to wait but the problem is that while recording the debate i missed 4mins of Shabbir Ally's Rebuttal thats y its taking time as i am waiting for my friend to send me that part
William Campbell??? He's certainly known for his WRITTEN critique of Bucaille's scientific claims about the Qur'an, but Campbell isn't known as a debater at all. And that's my point. Naik goes around debating pastors and writers. But he almost never debates people who are actual debaters. Shabir does debate real debaters, and that's why Christians are more impressed with Shabir. By the way, does anyone know where Part Two is? The other two parts were posted almost a full day ago.

@LoveReid if he's known for his 'written critique', then why doesn't he use it in his speaking, the debate between campbell and naik, showed that what ever campbell spoke was from his writings, he even failed to answer basic questions, and ur telling me he is known for his written critique? fyi on debaters, what difference does it make if ur a writer or a debater, point is if ur strong in your faith, then u should be consistent when it comes to debates.
Unfortunately, Dr. Naik won't debate anyone anymore. People have been trying for years to get him to come to the West for a major series of debates, but he just won't do it. This is why Christians have far more respect for Shabir Ally. He debates William Lane Craig, James White, and Jay Smith over and over again. Nearly all of Dr. Naik's debates are with people no one's ever heard of.
Well I Have To Disagree with you on that he debated William Campbell and Sri Sri Ravishanker both are well known and Ravishanker has the one of the worlds NGO in the world
Good argument.

religious unity is impossible, and religion will never establish global harmony. Nice try though.

Deuteronomy also lays some laws down, but nobody ever mentions them, but why not take a look at those laws also?
Anyone who dreams or prophesizes anything that is against God, or anyone who tries to turn you from God, is to be put to death. (Deuteronomy 13:5)
If you find out a city worships a different god, destroy the city and kill all of it's inhabitants. even the animals. (Deuteronomy 13:12-15)
Kill anyone with a different religion. (Deuteronomy 17:2-7)

Subject, Which faith promotes peace,
I dont see the Christian countries, such as America, Russia, Britain, France,Australia, Canada, etc turning their Weapons for peaceful purposes,
What I see is them countries making ever more devastating Nuclear weapons,
What is the purpose of these Weapons, if not to Bully other Nations to steal their resource's, So where's the PEACE?
