I feel you on that one. That album was before mt time too but when I heard it for the first time recently, it sounded way ahead of its time which truly shows the amount of talent and depth that my man Stevie has.

I have no doubt Prince got the inspiration for his Camille voice from this album. Stevie was really rocking hard in the early 70's.
With MJ gone, these two are it for me. The last of a dying breed of super-talent.

I have this recording. Mavis is on it too. It is a great cd. Prince plays bass on Days of Wild and goes into 777-9311...too funky!

Talking Book was a kickass album-but 1972 was way before my time. I just heard Maybe Your Baby for the first time ever and am floored by the funk.
