I got the cd and I am losts for words..one of the best concept album ever. Janelle Monae is an awesome singer dancers. Where did this beautiful woman come from. I think she fell from the stars. A cyber queen from the future and she brought the muse of music with her. Her talent is too big! Something New is going on here!

Amazing album, amazing artist but also AMAZING REVIEW. Very heart felt. And they say "black music" is dead. No. And more importantly we haven't forgotten what REAL MUSIC sounds like. I'm yet to purchase this album and you're right these last 3 days I can't listen to anything else.
You forgot to mention "Oh Maker". It's one of those songs that just make you cry of such emotion. "Make the Bus" seems to be the controversial one. It has to grow on me too. Already subscribed!!!!!
