I can't stand this small minded scientist. I believe many cases of abductions in bed are indeed sleep paralysis, however what about the hundreds if not thousands of encounters while totally awake and driving, working, hiking? Just to avoid this documentaries should focus on strictly awake encounters outdoors. While I love academia, you have to limit your ideas to succeed in it. That environment helps prepare you for meaningful research, but keeps a hold on the reins.

To accept the abduction stories then we must "throw out what we already know about physics and science etc..." This guy is a typical professor who thinks he knows everything about anything because he has amassed knowledge from what we 'currently' know about all of our sciences.
