If you listen to the lyrics on the original it would be very clear. Heart cleaned up the lyrics so it would be more commercial. Heart turned it into a metal song, but the original was much darker lyrically.

Well, the "II" is 2 in roman letters/numbers, and also the way it's written on the CD (yes, I own it). I actually think that the II/2 is because it's a cover (originally DalBello) and slightly changed from that version.

If you've never heard this song before, listen to it on cd (studio version), and crank it up, it's unreal how she sings it. Just saw them live again, Ann sings as awesome as ever. Plus they did John Lennon, Led Zeppelin, Tom Petty, The Who, and all great versions. They have great taste in music.

Dalbello orignally recorded Black on Black. You can find this version on the 9 1/2 weeks Soundtrack. The lyrics are more mature then the Heart version, and the music is more synth then hard rock. Good stuff. Each version stands on their own.
