I could die peacefully listening to this song. Hopefully Miura finishes his story before he dies. His life shouldn't be taken away before that or even after. :)

The manga is realllly deep. The characters are so interesting and its just an overall beautiful piece of art. Kentaro is really a master at his craft.

Is there any way to play the Berserk game(s) with English translation? I watched the anime and loved it, now buying the manga to read, bought up to volume 22, but I heard they did not finish the manga though? What other projects is Susumu working on?

@Soulwhodreams The Dreamcast game was released in the US and Europe. The PS2 game wasn't, unfortunately. The manga is still being written/continued as we speak. Susumu is working on his solo anniversary album (celebrating 20 years of his solo work). I wouldn't be surprised if he also working on Satoshi Kon's last film as composer and on the new Berserk animation project. We'll see.

@KazuoKiriyama666 Thanks. How many more volumes do you think it will go? I was wondering how often they release new volumes of Berserk, too. I wonder if the new Berserk will pick up where old one left off? Again, this series is one of my favorite anime ever.

@Soulwhodreams The manga is still getting released. Volume 34 was released a month or two back. As for the anime, I think it's them starting anew (new anime studio working on it).

@Soulwhodreams In an interview Miura told he feels he's about 60% in telling the story he has (more or less) in mind, so I'd say for another 20 years or so :D!

@Soulwhodreams alas, it seems the manga is trickling down in terms of content. The new volumes are about 20 pages each, unlike the older chapters which were around 300 pages. And it doesn't seem to have much of an end in sight, what with this new Fantasia arc. Unicorns and Sea monsters are getting in the way of Gutts' main quest.

I know the general stuff that happened but I don't recall anything with the Sister sacrificing anything. Or you meant someone else? Who sacrificed what? And what betrayal? who? yeah i know its from dreamcast i was tired when i wrote that .the story with the nun is touching and well illustrated in the game plus i ejoyed the story pacing.take care if you find any more alluring music like that please let me know.

@awakenedSandman0 the game was too hard for me, and i watched the youtube walkthrough vids of it, but I still don't get the story... Why was the nun not affected at all? And I think all she said about the story was that bit with a short slideshow of some boy's past. I didn't hear anything about herself and her position on all this...

So what happeneD?

@CrabTastingMan The nun took in the boy (Niko) and looked after him, since he was an orphan. The boy was bullied by the other children of the village. In the end, he died of starvation, and sacrificed his pet dog to the God Hand to survive. The nun was infected all along, but unlike the rest of the Mandragoran, she can actually hide it from any "outsiders". She attempted to reach a peaceful resolution, but Guts wanted a sample of Niko's heart, so that he he could save his Casca (girlfriend).

this was one of the best movie music score ever made .for an anime this drove the story along at a great pace..i really digg this one..i wish there more sound composer of this lvl around ..its beutiful.
