I've beaten the game, gotten S completion, M completion, G completion, and beaten my satellite admin, but the "beaten all SP navis" star isn't showing up, even though I've beaten all of them. What's going on?

Because that's where you last saved.

From there you just get yourself out and begin your quest for 100% completion.

The music reverts back to their original tunes instead of the constant panic/troublling/event/danger music that would play before you beat the game. So if you want to make sure the game knows you beat the game, just check the music.

What is the easiest way to get an SP Card?

Run around the area where they would appear, find them, kick their ass really quickly, and you'll get an SP card. OR you could test your luck with the chip trader.

How do you get best combos?

[Phosphatide]

Create a combo of three cards that total over 300 damage. You can only get a new Best Combo against a boss. The cards can only be Standard, and it doesn't matter what the three cards are, so long as the total is at least 300 after the three have been used. Cards recieved through a counter can be used towards the build of the combo. The moment you open the custom screen, the combo is reset. If you successfully create a Best Combo, the game will tell you after your finish the battle.
