  • Chuck Norris can do that in a wingsuit

  • you gained altitude, you are disqualified from the cobra championships.

  • yeah.. because the wings would not shear off and the fuselage wouldnt snap

  • Chuck Norris can do it on a Cessna

  • @Megalodon64 are you kidding chuck norris can do that with a tricycle

  • Now do it for real...

  • It must have thrust vectoring :D

  • IS this plane testing inertial dampeners or did all that i just know about physics... just... go to hell?

  • Fuck the phisic =)

  • I could sooo do that

  • HI GUYS

  • @kalahiki808 hayyyy

  • it looks like a dolphin doing tricks

  • Of course planes are bigger and bigger..So called democracy empty one's ass and fill's the other ones..So huge fat ass Americans etc. must have a space to squeeze their huge trunk.

  • @NutGobblingCroats It's European, mate.

  • @willj78 that works for some EU too :)

  • I think the wings would break.

  • that is nok a cobra. you was climbing.. a real cobra is when you do it without changing altitude.

  • lol

    the piolt was drinking vodka

  • total fake & partially gay

  • @aleks070777 No duh it's fake, it's in a GAME (or sim) with an "outdated FM."

  • A genuine cobra must remain in level flight. No gaining altitude.

  • I'd be pissed if I was in the lav!!!!!

  • ROFL

  • lol

  • fake total

  • you didn't stall?

  • I can picture 850 passangers screaming in terror while the pilot goes "Weeeeeeeee"

  • hmmm Lufthansa=Luftwaffe,Luftwaffe=Fighters lol

  • LOL!!1

  • would love to see Air hostess... >.< LOL

  • id hate to be a passenger on that passenger plane

  • A380 Typhoon...

  • I like how you didn't show it crashing.

  • real life...wudda torn the wings clean off

  • A 380 ?

  • @mauriciobbarros Airbus A 380, the worlds largest civil plane yet, next will be the a 390 lololz

  • Why is the hands down button disabled????

  • @Trikoupis Because the sensative fag who made this will have a panic attack, if he sees somebody thumbs downed his video. We wouldn't want him to kill himself.

  • ROFL

  • HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA! :D

  • Who needs an Su-27?

  • "Please fasten your seat belts, secure all valuables in the overhead bins, and return the trays to the up-right position. We will be experiencing an Epic win shortly." Dang I would hate to be that one travelling business guy who has his laptop out for that.

  • thats just wrong

  • never flying with lufthansa again :)

  • Comment removed

  • that is why seat belts are recommended to be fasten at any time during the flight...

  • I hate FS, try do this in X-Plane

  • @20dcpcrj

FSX isn't bad. But the A380 isn't part of the game so it could fly like an F18 superhornet if you programmed it to be like that. I don't remember X-Plane but you can upgrade FSX a lot with Real Environment Xtreme and texture packages. I haven't really come across custom planes with a proper cockpit like the standard planes though. :( A new FS is being released by Microsoft later on I think called "Microsoft Flight".

  • @FireOfEire The FSX never will be compared with X-PLANE in flights dynamics. The FSX is veeeeeerrrryyyyyy poor in flights dynamics (FSX is not for real training).

But the FSX will never be compared with X-PLANE in graphics and environment.

  • thankyou for puking with lufthansa

  • @Xantec better to puke with Delta, when you take a look at their stewardess you will, I bet )))))

  • @MrCasspir

i wanted to puke more with british Scareways than delta :D

  • @MrCasspir Recently flew with them- more or less.british stewardess ugly as well

  • yeeaaah, niiiice!! :D hahaaa

  • hahaha who the hell would think of even trying this!?!?! hahah

  • And after: "ALT+F4"?

  • Comment removed

  • Wow TO AVOID HILL , PULL UP TERRAN, PULL UP TERRAN

  • that isn't pugachev's cobra, that's pugachev's whale!

  • Wow - that pilot should be fired for putting all those passengers at risk! Or was this a test flight? I mean this is seriously dangerous, its cowboys like this dickhead that cause air disasters!

  • @pubuman

    dude its a simulation

  • @Xantec Nooooooooooooo really? Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? you mean that's not a real A380 doing that? Fucking numpty!

  • Well, you didn't get to 120 degrees, like you are supposed to in a cobra...

  • did you recover after you leveled of or stall like i did?

  • So....were is the last 10 seconds of the vid....cause I think there was a 4th of July moment around there somewere ;)

  • Setting realism to "Hard" woul cause overstressing for sure.

  • GAY!!!!

  • @imsiddhartha TROLL!!!!

  • If only A380's could do cobra's.....

  • heh, a 380 might perform a cobra, but not because it has any of the super-maneuverable characteristics typically required... if anything it would be because it would have so much rotational inertia that if you ever got it pitching that hard, it would get to 90 degrees before wind resistance pitched it back...

  • @ShuRugal1

Or maybe everyone just ran to the back of the plane

  • it didnt show the part that the A380 crashes killing all aboard

  • The passengers sure had a comfortable flight!

  • obviously you have the sim set to super easy mode.

try that with crash on and i dont think you would be showing that clip off.

  • Hope that anybody was in the bathroom.

  • Enough is Enough Ive had it with these mother fucking snakes on this mouther fucking plane! ! ! ! Ok do a Cobra Enough is Enough!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I was on that flight. Yeah, the captain said "hold on to your seats, we have a mountain we need to climb" then the next thing I knew we we're in Hawaii.

  • Physics just got raped anally

  • no stall? Simulator fail XD

  • LOOL this is funny

  • I hope no passengers are enjoying the tea and coffee in this time, of course, not in toilet XD

  • 0:08 hey hey hey captain whats this button do?

    BRIAN DOOONT!

    0:13 Captain: -.-

  • Only flaw... IT NEEDS AMMO! XD

  • thats one way to get snakes off a plane

  • NERDS!!!!

  • *bing bong* " Ladies and Gentleman please tighten your seat belts, the pilot is slightly pissed and 'wants to try something' "

  • Only if you should have stalled

  • LOL

  • this vid is too awesome for my shit computer

  • good job now pick up your wings off the ground

  • that was not the cobra maneuver, close but NOT COBRA

you have to be traveling BACKWARDS for the cobra, u "merely" achieved vertical

only if u rotated another 10 degrees...

  • That would be pretty insane if it could really do that!

  • Thats not a model, it´s an animation -.-

  • if this is real hes wings wuld be history xD

  • I got my money back on that flight, I remember my peanuts all over the place hitting people behind me XD

  • @RFTAEC100 hahahahahahahha

  • @TonyVercetty LOL

  • wtf, you the man!

  • lol....

  • ''Good day ladies and gentlemen! This is your captain speaking, we are almost at our destination with a bit of turbulence. If you would look to your right, you'll see the lovely coast of Miami Beach. Now at your left, you'll see our stewards getting crushed by your luggages. We hope you have enjoyed your flight and have a happy stay in Florida!''

  • @Ghboy2 yeah and everybody vomits :)

  • well it is lufthansa...

  • ahahaha)))

  • Прикажи латинизован текст

this is not the cobra, cobra goes at an angle of 120 degrees!!!

  • if odne in real life this will ahve a hella of a lot of stall

  • What happened after? did it stall and crash into the mountain? lol!!!!!

  • I was wondering my I kept sliding off the bathroom toilet.

  • This is your captin speaking...huuuughgh....Hold on to your butts...

  • I was on this flight: Paris Nord to Genoa. The fucking duty free went everywhere!!

  • @lurcherlink haha i choked from laughing at this

  • if flying was hip hop, this would be breakdance! :D

  • That A380 is ready for a dogfight! XD

  • @Doomx562

yeah, get the ammo for the 50mm machine cannons already! xD

  • @Doomx562 All A380's, engage!

  • @Doomx562 think about the amount of weapons there can be placed in an A380!!!

  • Hope the stewards weren't serving food at that time... LOL

  • @Xaveq Or hot coffee :-)))))))

  • the pilot should be fired!

  • Comment removed

  • The J35 never had any advanced avionics nor any fly by wire. It was able to do the Cobra since first production model. The manouver was never named because it didnt seem useful. The Su-27 did the first NAMED cobra. It made it famouse. Its like Michael Jackson. He did not invent the moonwalk he made it famous.

  • famous enough tht they got A380's doin it>.>

  • @Xclusiv8 M. Jackson modified backslide, so he invented moonwalk

This is just a simulation. I don't believe it

  • the pilot was u?

  • it would rip apart and i would spill my drink....lol

  • if this could be done with a real A380 filled with passengers, i think you needed some cleaning staff to clear out the mess...

  • IF you could do that it would be the perfect hting to do on your last day of work. Ladies and gentlemen I quit fasten your seat blelts and hang on.

  • lmao..should have shown it stall and crash!

  • LMOA

  • А теперь попробуй сделать так же на реальном пассажирском самолёте) Это бужет последнее что ты сделаеш в жизни!)

  • I hope you have ejection seats !

  • OMG

  • "THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE IN ANY AIRLINER IN REAL LIFE"

Then I'm cancelling the order for my A380 and I expect you to foot the bill for the cancellation fee!

  • To do the Cobra, you have to angle that plane back a few more degrees to at least call it a Cobra.

  • This is Xplane.

  • bakwass

  • This is an easy maneuver in a Beluga. A380 sucks. It was originally called the "Belugachev Cobra"

  • NO.. it was origianlly called the "Superstall" maneuver. the Saab J35J Draken been doing this since the early 1960's. Long before any russian plane was capable of doing it.

"cobra" is nothing more than a gimmick name.

    watch?v=jqiDEcfSnXs

  • Beluga watch?v=bOzBMC2jqkY ;)

  • Chopin742: piece of shit. it's named Pugachev's cobra in name of first pilot who first performed the maneuver officially in 1989 at the Paris Le Bourget air show. Forget about games and just search wikipedia

  • I was making a joke and it should have been extremely obvious. You also didn't look at the link posted before. you decided to call me a piece of shit. Furthermore, look at Rip1969's post with link about the J35J doing this before Pugachev.

  • sorry for naming you some pieces - I was tired and drunk, I'm russian, you know ;)

when J35J do this first time? is it documented? what about repeatability? How many times it was done?

  • I'm not an expert, but the main thing which allows jets make things like watch?v=ugVBXeE-H68 is not an excelent design, TVC or thrust-to-weight, it is a statically unstable scheme, which mean fly-by-wire, and your avionics do alot of microcorrections per second. This type of planes can't plan or just fly without avionics. have the J35J that?

  • I just saw the video, but then I looked up the J35 and while early models were in the 50's, the J35J model was from the 80's. I think the Russian planes do it better, but the basic airframe of the J35 is really old so I like them both=)

  • it's not about airframe, there are two main things that allows you to do this - avionics and engine power. About J35J and 80's - do you still think that J35J made pugachev's cobra before su-27?

  • I have no idea when the J-35 first did one. I'm trying to find a source that tells me when the first cobra was done, but I can't. What you said as well as having air intakes and an engine that won't stall would certainly be very important.

  • Did you find anything about J-35? nope? it's not your fault - su-27 did it first.

  • ye right, the j-35 existed for 25 years before the su-27.

The thing is we didn't go and say ''look at are awesome cool jet doing some shit worthless manouver thats just looks sooo fucking coool''

  • If you played the video long enough you would see that the jet STALLED and crash

  • WTF i played FSX and never was able to do that how the hell did you do that?

  • You can edit how any fsx aircraft performs in their aircraft.cfg file.

  • umm, just pull the joystick??

  • At EAA it did this, not as extreme, but still. it was pretty sweet

  • It's wasn't the Cobra maneuver, it was a high alpha pass.

  • Oh ok yeah, it was going ridiculously slow though...

  • yeah but close enough

  • thats not a cobra, has to exceed 90 degrees

  • Cool!Good fairtale.

  • i think its not possible with a real one... ;)

  • Passageur ist death... :P

  • LOL! When I saw the video title I thought it was for real! Then I clicked it only to find out it was done in a simulator. *sigh*

  • cobra OVT (hmm, why OVT?), Hi Ho - well, in east europe we call it a ,,half-cobra", a cobra in which you gain more than 6m of attitude. Invented by Slovak Air Force pilots on MiG-s-29 9.12A and 9.51/UB.

  • Oh ok

  • muahahahaahah!!!!no american jet fighters can do this!!! russia rocks!!!!

  • The F-14 was able to do it well before the F-22 so I guess your wrong about the "no American jet fighter can do this" part.

  • hah...keep dreaming...

  • hah...you know its true...

  • the f-22 can do this -_-

  • thats what i meant.......

  • my bad wrong person then :)

  • its ok :)

  • i really hate it when people mouth off about the u.s airforce without knowing what they are talking about.

  • Well then I give you my apologies, sorry for being such an ass to you guys :(

  • its allright we all do something mean at one point :)

  • Thanks man:)

  • Haha! Upside down and backwards on April 1st huh? Nice :)

  • Nice one, but it's not a Cobra.

  • i dont see why not

  • Because the aircraft gained altitude. A proper Cobra has no change in altitude.

  • oh, right
