  • When you say 10,8,8,6 example biceps, does it mean 6 times gotta be heavier than the rep with 10? or same weight all time

  • @HevyToy that means if the program says 6 reps. Then by the 6th rep you shouldn't be able to do anymore. Either that or you're so fatigued that you won't be able to lift anymore in that set without cheating.

  • If you take steroids you could lift a Twinky and still get ripped...Steroids are for the lazy and weak! I see these guy's come in the gym all the time, 30 min workouts lifting women weight ..after the 2nd set of 25lb dumbbells there biceps grew a whole 3-4 inches right before your eyes.

    Every tv or internet fitness advertisement uses only guys that take steroids to advertise there product..DON'T BE FOOLED.

    Jersey Shore is a perfect example..Ronnie,Mike,Vinny,Pau­ly an Jwoww..there all on it.

  • @Stylnjj84 i agree. there's no short-cut to success and those who use roids don't know that they are messing their body.

  • @Stylnjj84 You must not know too much about roids then... they have to bust their ass in the gym too, the roids just help them go above their natural genetic limit. I don't necessarily agree with it, but that doesn't mean they don't work hard for their gains either.

    So I got all the exericises down and split them up by video.

    The second one building muscle and the third one toning and defining... Well Can I do all eight of those exercises in one day or should I split it up in day to day?

    look in the winter or foley you can do mass gaining, caus you dont swet too much and all the calories worck better

    but in spring and summer

    you must work definition, you swet and swet and swet and belibe it or not, noone eats same way in summern than winter

  • You should try doing youre pulling movements such as biceps and back on one day and youre pushing movements such as chest shoulders and triceps on another day. You could do circuit training and do shoulders cxhest and arms and back one one day if you want to mix it up by moving from one exercise to another.

    In this series of work-out there are two part, mass-gaining and muscle defining parts.

    My question is, is one supposed to follow both of them in the same time or when and how? Can we mix them up to get most out of them?

  • do mass gaining for about 4-6 weeks... then switch it up to muscle defining for 4-6weeks... muscles adapt to workouts... so u gotta keep changing it...

  • @Harikaserap when and how? Ok all you gotta do is lift weights.. if you don't know by now that curls do biceps then get out.. Just lift.. heavy weight low rep for gaining.. light weight high rep for definition.. if such a thing exists.. the best way to lose fat is to run non stop.
