Well, that is certainly one point of view. I think China's actions will force western nations to invest and realize that buying on the cheap for so long is penny wise pound foolish. - LAR

Good for china, they have been raped repeatedly by the western world and now their patience is about to pay off. The british even tried to destroy the country for their own profit with opium.
China should hold onto the neodymium and make the western world see what it feels like to live in an embargo.
