1:58 thats amazing! my jack russel terrier would do everything in its power to tear that dear apart hahah its 150 times more aggressive than a amstaff!!!!!!! xD
I have a two year old APBT and he is the best dog ever. Like @MsLadonna19 said, my dog hates not sleeping in bed with me. Show the dog the love it wants and I guarantee that it will love you to death. APBT are not bad dogs, they are only trained by bad people.
Socialize your dog, all dogs well up until they are six months old. Dont chain them and give them a lifetime of responsible attention and there will be no problems.
Except for chows and inbred Dalmatians. Those are the breeds that need to be banned.
I hate those dogs. I've never met one worth it's weight in cheep dog food.
I'm not trying to be mean. I'm speaking from experience.
@Samra1011 i hate chow too i think they dangerous dogs when i was little my family own one n he attack me. i was nun but 5 years old layin on the ground while he was on top every since then i never liked them...
The worst dog attack I ever saw was NOT by a Pitt but by a CHOW where it chased some poor kid up a tree and nearly took his leg off. I have owned Rottys,Bull Terriers and Pittbulls and never have they tried to attack myself or others because they were raised to be loving pets!
My Grendel boy is a light in my Family's life. He protects my children, cats, chickens, and rabbits. He is smart, patient, kind, understanding, and above all LOVING. These are one of the best breeds on the planet. But it takes RESPONSIBLE owners to keep the dog & others safe, & not bring more unwanted & unwarranted bad press to these amazing animals.
People r fucking retarded! excuse my french, pittbulls cant help do what they were trained to do, in my opinion, all this FIGHTING isnt training at all, its a freakin scared ass whimpy freakin whatever u want to call those people, who think its cool to have their dog fight, but no... its not cool, i have a pitt and german mix who is now six months old, VERY hyper, who cant go to sleep unless she islaying on my stomache or has her head next to me lol i love my dog more than anything,
to the warloghe... you are so wrong. I have an old pitbull she loves children. She not very good with strangers or other dogs but that is because she was never socialized as a puppy. People were attacked by certain pit bulls not the whole breed. The way someone raises a puppy determines the dog. I love my pit bull more than anything . She would take a bullet for me and i would deffinitely do the same.
@TheWarloghe Maybe you should quit trolling. Nobody is going to listen to this bull. Isn't it possible that nobody was paying attention UNTIL the attack happened? And even if there were 50 people in the yard, the child should have been no where near the dog if nobody was supervising him. My 1 y/o nephew doesn't go anywhere near our Pit's unless someone is holding onto the dog. Once again, PIT BULLS ARE NOT FOR FIRST TIME DOG OWNERS AND IDIOTS. Simple as that.
@CoronaTheFatCat I'm tired of people making pitbulls out as nanny dogs and so friendly. It's like guys overcompensating for a tiny frame. So I'm here to prove you wrong with the truth about pitbulls.
Pitbulls are the worst offenders because of their heritage and breeding.
I CAN trust my dog around children, no problems. Only problem I might have is if he knocks a child over. I don't have to worry about him mauling anyone.
@TheWarloghe A lot of the dogs in the news are NOT pitbulls. People like you make it impossible to get the media to get in CORRECT facts about these dogs. I am done arguing with you. If you don't like Pit Bulls, don't own one. Simple as that. Remember though, if you ban these dogs, the people who raise them to be aggressive and to fight, are simply going to pick another breed of dog to use.
My adult male Pit weighs about 50 or more pounds and he is AFRAID of our 9 pound cat, by the way.
I don't care what anybody says. I've owned Pit Bulls ALL my life and I've never had a problem with my OWN. Pit Bulls are NOT for first time dog owners. They are most certainly a high maintenance dog until they are trained. You can't just expect a Pit to be friendly to other animals since they were originally bred for fighting. People get them to look tough. That's the worst possible reason to own a dog.
I own my Pit Bulls because they're loving, beautiful, loyal and flat out perfect.
sad fact is if they banned this breed the cunts will just use another breed for fighting or simply raised in a way that will ruin that breeds reputation also.
I can't even watch this crap it makes me so mad to think this is actually happening. If I ever meet anyone doing this to any dog unlike the guy walking away from the attrocity in the Penn st locker room I;m all over them. Maybe I'd end up in jail because that is the way our laws work but I have always been taught to respond with taking the law in your hands and passing judgment and punishment directly
This might be one of the saddest APBT videos I've ever seen. It brought me to tears. I HATE ANYONE that would do this to these dogs. They are loyal, courageous and loving!!! Thanks for posting this, let people know WE (Humans) are evil NOT the breed. I hope everyone that has hurt ANY animal burns slowly in an eternity of hell. I wish only them what they have made these poor dogs suffer!
Thanks for making such a great video. I have a year old APBT which is purebred and show dog and she is my best friends that makes me happy with every breath she breathes. I know she will be an awesome nanny and she is just one big pile of love :)
Fantastic video, these dogs are the all around perfect dog for the right owners. Anyone who says they should be killed are spinless and should be eliminated from the gene pool. Why dont we just accept that the world is not a perfect place? Everyone knows that the humans are the real killers. Lets compare how many people are killed by pitbulls each year to how many homicides we have shall we.
Many pitbull fanciers will disagree with you about pitbulls being breed for fighting or bull baiting. Besides, why bother with a breed that is constantly in the news for attacking other dogs, adults, children, and even their own owners. They do not follow the leader/pack mentality. Their high prey drive is all messed up due to poor breeding and backyard breeders.
It's no mystery why these dogs rarely ever get adopted out. People owning this breed should AT LEAST be required to carry insurance.
@TheWarloghe Too bad that's what it says they were bred for in almost every single breed book in the world. And I bother with this breed because I happen to own 5 that are purebred. Why did you bother to take the time to write out this entire comment if you disagree with what I've said?
By the way, I disagree that all owners should have insurance. If someone has owned these dogs and has experience and the dog is well behaved, that's all that matters.
@CoronaTheFatCat Well then, the few attacks that happen are so horrific that there is a need for owners of the breed to carry insurance. The "working" aspect of the pitbull makes it a liability to everyone around, even the owners. What's disturbing is when the owner of a pitbull that has attacked or killed someone says, "Oh my dog has never shown signs of aggression." What does that say about the breed? It happens all too often, followed by a similar quote.
@TheWarloghe Once again, someone should have experience with Bully Breeds before they actually get one. I would never tell someone that a Pit bull or any kind of bully breed is a good first time dog for them. Also, how many times have you ever seen the owners of the dogs on TV or in person? The majority of the time the dog belongs to gang members, drug addicts, or just plain idiotic people who don't know anything. As it's been said before, you have to own one to know what I'm talking about.
@TheWarloghe I agree theres a problem but BSL means that the crimes of 20 dogs a year punish the other 13 million dogs who havent done anything wrong. I guarantee 80 percent of the dogs who attack are irresponsibly owned, abused, or trained by bad people to be bad. Pitbulls are a very loyal & loving breed who are being exploited. There are 100 other ways to fix this problem ,tattoo id numbers on dogs that lead to the owners, Large fines for unregistered, but Y should Good Owners & dogs Suffer.
@DeadgameXXX and the media will print an article saying "pitbull attack" to attract the attention of dumbfounded pro-BSL dipshits everywhere. even if it's a LAB! not to mention the majority of them don't know the difference between pits, staffs, bullies, dogos, alaphas, rhodesians, patterdale terriers, abd's, ca de bou, black mouth cur, boerboels, old english bulldogs, the list goes on. you can make any dog mean if you feed it gunpowder and run it on a treadmill all day long. punish the owners!
@XcapeArtist357 I've owned 5 of them over the last 25 years & have been dealt with the discrimination for just as long. But you know what I'll deal with it for another 25 if that's what it takes. They can Ban what ever they want,,but to take my dogs their going to have to pry them out of my Kung Fu Grip over my dead body My dogs have been there for me more than once over the years .Only things that will love you unconditionally as long as they live & the feeling's mutual.
@TheWarloghe fact is, not all dog attacks involve pitbulls. fact is, most of what you read in the "trust us times" newspaper or see on NBW (never been wrong) network is labeled pit for ratings
@TheWarloghe That is simply conjecture. Of all the dog fatalities in the last 4 years (this is a national study you can google it if you like) only 3 were ACTUALLY pit bulls that were kept as pets. There were just as many weimaraner caused fatalities. There are 6 additional instances of feral dogs (that likely had pit bull mixed in) and there were 34 instances of it being reported as a pit bull only to find out it was NOT a pit bull.
@CoronaTheFatCat my pit is nothing but a sweetheart! because i trained her pretty much religiously. i've read a lot on pits and similar breeds, and it seems like the only people who hate pits have never had an experience with one. when i was a child, a pit followed me 3 blocks to my house. i fed him and he stayed with me until we found his owner. really loving dog.
@TheWarloghe any dog will be vicious if it's run on a treadmill and fed gunpowder. just like a gun, a dog (of any breed) shouldn't be left in the wrong hands. it is fact, sadly, that the breed was brought from england for fighting purposes. (Staffordshire Bull Terrier). in 1900, dog fighting was made illegal. they kept 2 versions of the breed, American Staff for show, Pitbull for underground fighting. very often they are mislabeled in the media. if a lab bit someone, they say pit for ratings
@TheWarloghe I'm a pit fancier but my pit is animal agressive and they can be depending on the animal not all but some; it should be required of the owner to pay for any damages the animal causes.
@TheWarloghe There are 4.5 million registered pitbulls in the U.S. (& likely at least double that for unregistered ones). @TheWarloghe 500,000 German Shepherds in the U.S. but their aggression toward humans is third (Rottweilers are 2nd), so technically, a G.Shepherd is more likely to be human/dog aggressive than a pitbull!
