  • @gjim20 why would i sell one?! its not even a product. it was just a play toy.. it didn't put out anything more than 5 btu's if i was lucky. and if you knew anything about aluminum and lye, its an endothermic reaction that can easily run away on you if you dont keep an eye on it.

  • @CelticArmory i dont think so.. due to the nature of a chemical reaction of lye and aluminum, it tends to degrade after a time. as hydrogen is released from the aluminum, the aluminum releases aluminum-oxide, which causes the lye and water solution to dilute. also, the reaction is endothermic, so its real easy to run away. its a great way to make balloons float though.
