  • CUT THEM UP WITH SISSORS? What a way to screw this dish up. Leave whole and you choose which part to eat first or last.  Try pulling the shell back one side at a time and stuffing it with lump crab meat then fry them, Its to die for.

  • @northfourty Cutting also makes it easier to mix around when you put the pasta inside. And I'd rather not use my hands to eat the crabs :)

  • It's not electric. It uses magnetic induction to heat the pans.

  • @houseofhagemann It's induction. More control and power than gas , you can only use ferromagnetic pots and pans though. I have an induction range, pretty awesome.
