Key reason Dave Chappelle's version is better is because he focused on what the chick was wearing for clothes, not whether or not she had large tits...seems like this guy didn't think out his joke premise so well, and then when he struggled to find a punchline worthy of applause he came up short and 'borrowed' from a comedic genius...no biggie but i hope he expects to get called out for it :)

Jokes evolve, and I don't think anyone can claim a joke as solely theirs cause i'm sure someone in the world said the same thing or something really similar 100 years ago.
