nope it will be copyright, well not copyright has been filed for it but he has the orignal files with dates proving this so he own the rites. But im sure if you contact him and ask he will grant premission :)

if you remix a song, you can still sell it, i think. as long as u say artists name and name of song you've remixed in what ever name you sell it as :)

U can sell remixes aslong as they say remix beside it and you put your artist name their with a slash then the original artists name.

For Example:

Live and Let Die Remix,

Paul McCartney / FLStudio898,

Or:

Live and Let Die Remix,
