Had the pleasure of viewing GitS 2.0 at a convention theater 2 days ago. Never saw the original on a big screen back then (limited NA release/too young; am 25 now). Been years since I last saw this & it was still incredibly profound. The music is hauntingly beautiful; this track in particular is so powerful & serene.

My mind was busy considering how much real world technologies have changed since this film. Beauty, worry, & sadness all in one. I am not sure what to think of our future, or us.
