The log lifter will lift logs up too 2000# I have lifted large white oak logs 10' long and 36" at the butt end. I can lift 3-4 pine logs in the 6-10" range at the same time so to be able to do that by myself is a very good thing! There are always some who need to be educated on how things work and others who can understand the properties of physics. lanaisthebomb you see the ablility of the tool and that is a good thing! nolan, look at the pictures, that thing is picking up stuff well over 1000#. Two guys can't do that.

I deal alot with logs, mostly pulpwood on my shoulder. I am most impressed with your hoist thou looks super efficient for lifting 700 lbs.
