I ordered Capades one night on a whim and forgot about it until 2 weeks later when it arrived in my mailbox. It came with a nice little letter about how much they liked Canada (which won my attention.....the letter.....not Canada.....I live there) and an awesome CD. It was the morning after my birthday and I was quite hung over. I put the CD in as I drove to work and was thouroughly sooooooothed. Awesome stuff. Would highly reccomend supporting Obi Best! This is my favourite song off the album.

Stereolab is my one of my favorite bands and I have recently learned about this band and really like them. I do hear similar elements (vocal arrangements, electronic instrumentals), but I feel it is unfair to compare the two bands by saying that one is better than the other. They are two different bands and have the right to have differences because what would be the use if they sounded exactly the same?
