Nouman is super knowledgeable and he has great communication skills, VERY persuasive. The issue, however, is that he oversimplifies the life of someone who is not devout. I assume it is because he has never done these things he is preaching about: drinking, partying, pre-marital sex, etc. So he doesn't fully understand what life would be like if he wasn't devout. This may be why he is so content in his current state. Good video, although I don't agree with all of it. Salam.

Bro, equal does not mean both men and women are physically the same. A man cannot give birth, does that mean he is not equal to women? There are physiological differences between the 2 genders. Even in western culture, women in most cases cover their chest but men don't. Why is that? In Islam men are also asked to dress modestly (you can dig up on the requirements)..
2- The Hijab logically has been ordained by the creator in large part to help the brothers and sisters both, to reduce lust in men, and reduce irrational competitive outlook amongst women.
3- Women are not by nature competitive, the nature of a mother is to be helpful not to compete, this is y female lions, spiders etc even protect there kids from the competitive fathers
4- The right question is do women want to be naked or do men want them to be?

well if the person is honest in his heart, he must rectify his mistake once the scholars point it out. If this person keeps on arguing his position then under the precepts of "freedom of expression" then I am not sure if he is a Muslim anymore as he is not submitting to what God has said but is instead contemplating according to the whims of his self .....
the only problem with this is, if you are doing what scholars tells you to, are you doing the will of Allah, or the will of the scholar? scholars are people too, they are foulable and can make mistake aswell

Bro, equal does not mean both men and women are physically the same. A man cannot give birth, does that mean he is not equal to women? There are physiological differences between the 2 genders. Even in western culture, women in most cases cover their chest but men don't. Why is that? In Islam men are also asked to dress modestly (you can dig up on the requirements)..

2- The Hijab logically has been ordained by the creator in large part to help the brothers and sisters both, to reduce lust in men, and reduce irrational competitive outlook amongst women.
3- Women are not by nature competitive, the nature of a mother is to be helpful not to compete, this is y female lions, spiders etc even protect there kids from the competitive fathers
4- The right question is do women want to be naked or do men want them to be?

This life is like a big test for all of us. Everyday we are being tested ( even though we are not aware of it ) And if we pass, then we will go to Heaven, Inshallah.

islamists is a a hybrid word, its not a "real" word, i had to look it up to see what the "meaning" was. "islamism/islamist: (in arabic al-'islāmiyya) is a set of ideologies holding that Islam is not only a religion but also a political system; that modern Muslims must return to their roots of their religion, and unite politically"

you are right of course. But that is what Islam and Muslims believe in. So Islamists are truly Muslims. A "Muslim" who does not believe in what Islamists believe in is not a Muslim.

i agree, but the words are used in a negative way, the best way to do it is use the Arabic or just call it what it is, Al-Islam, but you should also not speak badly of other Muslims, we do not know whats in someones heart only Allah(swt) knows, theres a hadith about that were Allah says in the quran that that 1 muslim said to a 2ed muslim that what the 2ed one was doing would send him to hell fire, but allah forgave the 2ed muslim and null the deeds of the 1st muslim

you are right. And indeed I would not condemn a Muslim to hellfire. But is a hypocrite a Muslim? Is innovator a Muslim? A Muslim is a person who submits to Lord without making alterations in deen especially Aqeedah an articles of faith and practice. if someone alters them and still claim to be a Muslim, he is not a Muslim and is outside the pale of Al-islam.

well if the person is honest in his heart, he must rectify his mistake once the scholars point it out. If this person keeps on arguing his position then under the precepts of "freedom of expression" then I am not sure if he is a Muslim anymore as he is not submitting to what God has said but is instead contemplating according to the whims of his self .....

the only problem with this is, if you are doing what scholars tells you to, are you doing the will of Allah, or the will of the scholar? scholars are people too, they are foulable and can make mistake aswell
there are groups that i personally feel are wrong, but i have no right to say "hey! your wrong/innovator/hypocrite!!!" i don't know whats in there heart only Allah knows and HE will jundge us and Allah knows best
