Washington State Law specifically deals with "sexual psychopaths", in that it recognizes that psychopaths cannot be rehabilitated. On the evolution of homosexuality, it's probably because it is a polygenic trait (controlled by more than one gene). If, for example, it's controlled by 5 genes, people with 4 out of the five traits actually have more children (hence why the "gay genes" stay in the gene pool), but those who happen to have all five are gay. So it's detrimental to fitness only in 5% of cases, but in the others it increases fitness. Take it from me, I'm a biologist!

The 'gay gene' could be an explanation for why our species has more male cooperation than other primates, thus Darwinian evolution would select FOR such a gene. But this is a moot point here, because there are many actual genetic defects that are present despite being detrimental to reproductive success. ALL taxation is theft, including increased fees by companies to pay the taxes imposed on them, right along with inflation. The idea of raising taxes only on wealthier people is also bullshit, because their loss will "trickle down", creating higher fees and prices
Now I understand that a certain amount of taxation is necessary for government to function, but government has grown into a bloated monster, whose only response is to steal more and more money from us...the people.

While I have no true knowledge of just what someone does in the voting booth, as far as I know, none of the Libertarians I know personally have ever supported Bush. Nor have they supported Obama. If they voted for Bush, they are not true Libertarians, as far as I'm concerned, because like I said, we have our own candidates. We Libertarians are only fiscally conservative, and neither main party falls into that category, as they both are guilty of expanding government and restricting rights.
