For some reason they still stick them on the end of some of the trains in eastern Kentucky, but I don't know why. I don't live in the mountains anymore, I just happened to catch that one as I was visiting the area, but I've seen them on other trains when I've been back home.
I was Operating that train to I remember it because it was the only time I hauled a CSX caboose, you film me a lot don't you?

I've only been back home to film trains twice, and that day was the only time I was filming around Blackey/Jeremiah area.

Thanks for the info. It's good to see them still being used. The EOT was just coming into use when I moved out of the mountains.
