Good work! The nutrition component is very Body For Life like. With two back workouts a week I've noticed the most improvement in that area.

yeah, my back is definitely where Ive seen a change already. My understanding on the nutrition guide is that it is very protein heavy at first and then moves you to being more carb heavy by the 3rd phase. Is that true?
