They aren't, if you notice, all the satellites move at the same speed, thus the ones in the higher orbits change angle at a lower rate than the closer ones

I dunno, maybe it's just the youtube resolution, but the satellites looked static relative to each other.e, maybe
On a sorta related note, maybe particles orbiting the planet or a wider orbital radius would be cool.

It's kinda weird, however, that everything is in a geo-synchronous orbit.
