Once Flair lost the book in WCW he was moved down the card and Bischoff was trying to push Flair out the door. Flair is still around for cash only

I mean the glittering helmet, voice box, and fur vest were all low rent and the character looked like crap (at least with WCW flops like Glacier and KISS Demon the gimmicks looked slick). Ottman was a fat slob long past his prime with no look and no verbal skills who was just a lower mid carder and tag team guy in the WWF who was also Dusty's in law.
