I think that the solution to the Lost Woods/Sacred Grove is:

The Sacred Grove is not the same as the Lost Woods of OoT. It's the Hyrule Castle Town from OoT. Just see the landspace and the location of the Temple. Plus, when you travel back in time, it's implied that OoT happened LONG ago, because there's already nature surrounding. (Either that, or that you traveled to the time BEFORE OoT, which can be another logic answer)
