I was watching (XXX)Holic when I hadn't finished Chobits yet, and it spoiled who created "Chii" for me. I was so mad, but I lovethis song and anime!! It was amazing

@dragonairlover its about a man deciding what it is to be human, and the debate on whether or not loving a computer, no matter how life like can be real love. The man Character is a bit... dweeb-like, but the main focus is on the girl, and finding out who she truly is. So yes, its VERY well done, though it does make quite a few references to adult material, its clean and a very interesting story with very well composed characters.
