I served 6 years in the U.S. Army. BUT, I served from 1993-1999. Back then there was no enemy. It was easy to join when there was no real threat. I come from a big Military family. So I grew up hearing stories about World War 2, Iwo Jima, Korea, Vietnam. So, Would I had joined if a war was actually going on? Honestly....I really don't know??
