  • Thumbgs up if you read Stairway to Norway

  • @serbanikkk Dyslexic much...

  • This is a good graphic on how many people feel about their

employment - and lives! At least do yourself a favour buddy by turning

around and taking the same road downhill.

  • i finally figure it out how it works lol

  • If he trips, will he fall down the stairs forever?

  • @Eriansy13 Look up "A Day in the Life of an MC Escher Drawing" (on youtube) to answer your question.

  • @MMmusing haha that was good..

  • i wanna know the trick

  • The top middle stair is the same height as the one that comes after it to the left.

  • Excellent job!

  • I believe this video is showing us the perfect aerobic exercise.

  • The man symbolizes the working taxpayer under the Obama Administration.

  • @utube9000 Well said.

  • HOW DID HE START ON THOSE STAIRS

  • What is this piece of the Nutcracker? And what genius has made it into an endless loop? Never stops going up but always stays still. Try whistling alongside it if you don't believe me! You'll soon run out of range as the music plays endlessly on....heh heh.

  • goin up the stairs and goin down the stairs and goin up the stairs now goin up the sideways stairs!

  • what if he just jumps inside the hole?

    or outside the stairs? lol

    pretty lovely btw, i subbed.

  • .....Must....keep.......gooiiiing..........

  • Yo but like what the fuck?

  • a metaphor for life. no exit.

  • @crud4 ... and this other guy (propilot1012) wants to build his own....

  • @crud4 5UICIDE

  • Comment removed

  • The far left side is actually going at a down slope from what I can see...

  • @donovan3955 no slope. even!

  • That beats the treadmill lol

  • Clever take on the "Shepard effect" - nach Escher and nach Tchaikovsky.

  • this song is driving me crazy. it keeps going up but its not going anywhere. its not a sheppard scale or anything, i don't know whats going on lol

  • I'd jump down the hole in the middle.

  • Why is he going up rather than down? Much easier going down surely, especially if you are stuck with it for ever.

  • @FrederickDelarge: lol yeah. you're totaly right men xD

  • @FrederickDelarge Is the music going down, too?

  • @FrederickDelarge he doesnt know it yet that its an infinte circular staircase.

  • this thing could be built ? then made infintesimally more compled add walls and a celling add a hungry lion , and a progressive light source that stays just around the next corner ? = one machine to drive men(and women) mad , thank you who ever posted this , you have begun my "madness?" (laugths maniacaly) lol .

  • It is acctually possible to build this as you can see the steps are "stepping up but you arn't gaining altitude as you walk up them as each stem is sloping downwards (only the ones at the back). People would see this error and know how it is possible so there is no point building it. xD

  • "infintesimally more complex add walls and a celling add a hungery lion"

no hence the walls and celling ? i have an imagination lol not just a memory my friend , just think of the damage something like this could do to a human mind , it makes me tingle , add some white noice , and we are in the business , ever tried walking up and down a star well blind folded . now if its slopped you won't be able to tell up from down because it will all be level hence "the madnizz!!!" that will ensue .

  • It can't be built. If it could be built than we could make perpetuum mobile which is impossible.

  • read my comments and im sure you'll get what im getting at .....

but i personally belive nothing is impossible ..... many things are improbable , but nothing is imposible although it is a nice word to here when something very improbable actually does happen :D

  • @Merdam9 one of the corners arent connected to the stair its next to. turned a certain way it looks like this so it IS possible.

  • which piece in Nutcracker is this? very pleasant music

  • Strange Loops.

  • its stairway to nowhere or

its stairway to now here or

its stair way to now here or

its stairway to now here or

    its stairway to nowhere or

  • goddamn u r creepy

  • thas weired. i tried drawing that but failed miserably lmao i want to actually try to build one out of wood and walk it myself

  • I thought he used some weird twisting/shading skill of paper drawing, but I just managed to draw the same thing with AutoCad in perfect isometric style. I will try drawing it in 3D (with Autodesk Inventor) another day, but i really doubt if it is going to work out in the 3D environment.

  • @propilot1012 its cause at one of the points it isnt really connected but from a certain angle it looks like it is connected.

  • @propilot1012

Good luck building it. But before you spend years trying to build it, you should learn something about geometry and projections. Then you'll understand that all sorts of impossible 3D structures can be projected onto a 2D surface to give the ILLUSION of a real structure that could exist, but which in fact is impossible. An awful lot of misrepresentation can be done by removing one dimension.

  • @propilot1012 The thing is you can't. It's only possible from a Third person perspectiv elike Echochrome. of we live dina world of Third Person seeing we'd have no problem with impossinle geometry, but it'd be a paradox if we forced it to be real. Look up "real life impossible stairs" and the camera will turn to show you why it looks real. It is in reality detached greatly

  • @propilot1012 this is a illusion by the angel you look at it...you couldn't build one with wood lol

  • very nice. :-)

  • How to go from a place to another place without leaving my house? With music. How to overcome the barrier of the space-time? With eternally recursive music. How to arrive at this same place? With music of Tchaikovsky!

  • or Bach's never ending Canon.

  • Yes, in the Spirit of Gödel, Escher, Bach. Greetings!

  • that was kool i like ur 12 composers of Christmas two thats kool
