I guess tanden is the rootchakra in yoga. three fingers length below the navel. Yoga and breathing method, like Ta i chi in China, roots the same. I think Indian yoga transfered to China.

hi, OckGal, I didn't use any pen before drawing brush. in the beginning concentration is needed. but, after getting used with drawing, you ralax and see the invisible line on paper.
