I broke both of my arms doing a backhandspring in my routine. I had to have a plate and 4 screws until my plate broke so i had to have a adult plate and 6 screws. today my arms are doing well. i still tumble.

hmm wrists are anoying when you break them huh? we i busted mine on a quater (ide never broken anything before) i felt nothing until i started to get up then it felt wierd you could see the break under the skin i had to have a full arm cast up to my elbow cause it broke a bit lower down. anyway welcome to the club XD keep skating
