@HelterSkelterSOR Yeah, he admitted in the U2 by U2 book they had to layer loads of echo and reverb on cos his voice was shot. It's amazing how he's recovered

D'yer think they played Holy Joe cos they had trouble nailing the arrangements for the other songs? Does seem bizarre to play it considering it was only a B-side. It's not exactly up there with the likes of Lady with the Spinning Head in terms of quality either.

"Holy Joe" should've been on the album :/, it could've easily replaced "If You Wear That Velvet Dress", don't really like that song, but "Pop" is still my favorite album by U2.
