Enemies dont run into open in real battle and firefights over one place can take hours. Dont expect to see enemy just standing there in the open or anything!

Shooting under pressure, even in a non combat situation at a stationary target, isn't as easy as it sounds. Add the fact that your position is compromised and that you're likely covering to avoid incoming fire, and the whole situation just became almost untenable. Don't speak out your ass. It looks bad.

When you get a confirmed kill on an enemy sniper... you jump and cheer like a CoD trickshot. Secondly - i've never once in 3 tours seen a member of our military kill a civilian, and we took painstaking steps to avoid civilians. So much so that we would not return fire on insurgets who fired from civilian occupied areas. ever.
