hey michael i wanna start 5x5 training for squat and deadlifts only so should i do it same weight 5x5 or increase every set.. and should i go to failure or not ??
I really don't know much about 5x5 training, but I would recommend never training to the point of failure. I usually only miss a handful of lifts PER YEAR let alone a few per training session. Missing lifts puts you at risk of injury and will burn you out.
nice...i need to get a power rack..since i train alone and this seams like the only way i can train hard without a spotter, because of the safety pins.

Good luck with your training.
