Uhm, alot of times the fabrics that are used to line pockets in denim/trousers are really thin. And the skin on your leg can actually choose things on the screen! This is very normal and happens a lot. Have had this with HTC and Samsung phones. Forget to lock the phone after choosing a song in the Music Player... And all of a sudden the song skips or jumps to another song. And it's just that I forgot to lock the phone.
AND BY THE WAY: horrible advice in terms of security of your phone and plan.
Having no capacitive buttons has NOTHING to do with having it turn on and open other things. Not having a lockscreen will also reduce your battery life because of screen timeout
i wanna ask you something... im very worried that my phone is not OK because in the running apps it only displays 80-100 mb free RAM i do not have many things installed and very little programs are running i close down as many as i can but still thats as much as i get.... any help

Firstly, I like the ICS launcher. I'm not ruining the feel of the phone.
Secondly, Taking away the screen animations makes it look like it just jumped frames, like it's lagging or something. It looks a bit odd. Even having them at 0.5x would be better.
Thirdly, without the lockscreen, there's no security. Also, it looks odd. The point of a lockscreen isn't just to lock, it's to show notifications.
Fourthly, multitasking is the first thing you learn for ICS.
I can see why not being able to have more homescreens would be a big deal. But if you only wanted one or two homescreens, why not just use one or two out of the five homescreens?

The only reason I preferred 3rd party launchers before was because stock launcher was bad all the way through gingerbread. ICS stock is good enough for me to not use another launcher IMO.
About the "None" lock screen: I used to also think that there's no way you could press buttons in your pocket by accident. Wrong. If it was a resistive screen, no problem because you really have to push on it. But with a capacitive screen, if you have cloth pockets, your thighs are enough to push things on the screen. I had my phone to no lock screen, and after having friends complain about the mysterious phone calls I make, I used a lock screen ever since.

Also swiping off the app in the multitasking screen DOES NOT force close a app, all it does it make it so it isn't in the list anymore. Android still does all the back end stuff to close down apps properly.
What about the notification LED? Is it multi-color like on the Nexus One? And if so, ae there apps already to change the color depending on what notification you have (mail, text, call...)?
As for browser tabs, the best experience for me is Surfcube 3D browser on WP7. If you don't know what it is, check out a YT video. IE9 is not conducive and should be tweaked. ICS has a better interface to the shop IE9, but not as good as Surfcube.
I use WP7 and it's unbelievable how much faster I can get to my apps or search for the info needed compared to Android and iOS users still fumbling around. They all look at me like how the hell did you get that so fast. Windows is the better interface, but too bad doesn't have the full apps support at this time. But ICS has very nice customizable options I have to say.

A lot of people are hating the fact that he put launcher pro on... Honestly, I will probably keep LauncherPro when ICS gets pushed out the the GS2. I don't like paginated app drawers, and the persistent search bar would drive me a bit nuts I think,

Nexus will have ics first and it will get the next android version which maybe jellybean. The sgs2 will get ics whenever and next android version never. That's for America well for the uk and others will get ics as for jellybean who knows. Akocern3 This varies, the international version does not feature a search key. While it can be achieved by holding menu, I am doubtful the persistent search will be removed for the international version at least.

Uhh my leg through my pocket has change the screen on my phone many many times.
Also swiping off the app in the multitasking screen DOES NOT force close a app, all it does it make it so it isn't in the list anymore. Android still does all the back end stuff to close down apps properly.
Come on Brandon you are better then this.

As for browser tabs, the best experience for me is Surfcube 3D browser on WP7. If you don't know what it is, check out a YT video. IE9 is not conducive and should be tweaked. ICS has a better interface to the shop IE9, but not as good as Surfcube.

I use WP7 and it's unbelievable how much faster I can get to my apps or search for the info needed compared to Android and iOS users still fumbling around. They all look at me like how the hell did you get that so fast. Windows is the better interface, but too bad doesn't have the full apps support at this time. But ICS has very nice customizable options I have to say.

A lot of people are hating the fact that he put launcher pro on... Honestly, I will probably keep LauncherPro when ICS gets pushed out the the GS2. I don't like paginated app drawers, and the persistent search bar would drive me a bit nuts I think,

@Whiterin when the GS2 gets ICS. It probably won't have the persistent search bar because it already has a capacitive touch button for "search". But honestly, been using a Nexus with ICS. the search is aint that bad. You'll probably get used to it.

Nexus will have ics first and it will get the next android version which maybe jellybean. The sgs2 will get ics whenever and next android version never. That's for America well for the uk and others will get ics as for jellybean who knows. Carrier I'm the USA have a lot of control look at high end android device that never got gingerbread or took over a year to get a non working version with a lot of bugs.
