La Placita! Awesome food. Centrally located too. If time travelers needed a common meet point that could be known to have, say, a large closet that is known to be mostly empty in the back, with a "VIP Room" closet with clothes from different eras and a couch, chronal travelers could go out and eat, and wait for their retrieval agent. Neat.
