Why is she riding this Intermedia freestyle test with a whip? This is totally forbidden at this level in Europe. Apart from this, nice job the rider did with this Welsh Cob. I like this breed, since I owned one from the Llanarth Braint line 20 years ago.

However the best horses I have ever seen and tried for general use in dressage and high shool are Spanish purebred horses (anyway, the Welsh Cobs have got spanish ancestors too, dating back to the times of Richard Lionheart).

I don't think it's a DK. I think she rides in one of the "french style" saddles like the Amerigo Vega or CWD.
