When you are looking to get a good massage, be sure that you go to a Registered Massage Therapist, and not only that but someone you know has a good rep.

From my personal experience, I know that this video showed a really poor massage- Ie for the back: only 2 techniques and inappropriate touching of the breast. AND at the end- swedish massage is NOT just for relaxation. Thanks.

Swedish massage is slow gliding movements and is relaxing massage! Swedish massage is not sport massage and swedish massage have no painful or hard movements and is not a deep tissue massage!

It looks to me, that, even though this person is giving a good massage, her hands tend to keep going under the drape, even if just a little bit. This is actually something that you shouldn't do, because the drape is an unspoken boundary that you CANNOT cross whilst giving a massage.

For the record, I am an RMT student.
