actually, I'm pretty current with what the "leaders' in social media are saying about ROI, & there's nothing I've said that is contradicted by Charlene Li, Jeremiah Owyang or anyone else at Altimeter. Apparently this gentleman has not seen the Alterian study generated by Charlene Li. Nor has he been really listening to what the 'leaders' are saying. Generating trust and social capital is hard to measure but Katie Paine and others of us are talking about metrics. it takes a shift in mindset and apparently this gentleman's mind is not open.
