I liked this game when a i was a kid. My favorite was creating your own solar system by shooting planets at a sun. If you did it just right the gravity would catch the planet. It sparked my imagination quite a bit.

XD I had this when i was a kid! it was this and Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Magic school bus never got much playtime..... sonic was waaaaay better, but nowadays its great to play for the lulz :D Dont know how we got it...... I was playing genesis before i could read :3

I was very curious about this game and wanted to try it on the Genesis cause I wanted to see if it was as good as those PC games of The Magic School Bus that I grew up with. It's not of course, but I myself thought it was an okay game (after all it was made with kids in mind and not older nostalgic gamers like us).

When you go to the Saturn level there's a nice little cameo of the Sega Saturn that you can take a picture of floating in space.

I dunno why I liked this game so much, I guess because I was young and most of the video games I played at that time were based off of kids movies and cartoons... I could probably play this game today and still enjoy it simply from the nostalgia but I'd probably get bored with it fast.

Someone commented about how the "asteroid" part is a rip off of Asteroids, but nobody yet talked about how the "landing" part is just a big ripoff of Jupiter Lander. Still, I assume since this fell under the "educational" genre in the mid-90s, we are to expect a festering pile of shit. Still, I did play it on the Genesis, haha. Shows how pathetic our lives were.

My mom brought this game with a huge used sticker plastered on the front. I face palmed at this because the game looked new, I wonder why it was already being sold for a few dollars...

Turns out the game was pretty bad, only fun parts are when you're on the planets, but those don't get interesting till the later planets. You only played the moon. :/

I used to love the magic school bus. I remember this one time, they shrank the bus and went through Ralphy's blood stream. They visited all his internal organs and then they ended up in his colon. So educational!
