  • I had an experience in Iraq in 2006-2007 when I realized that a buddy of mine who died out there just wasn't coming home. It took a good hard push passed that event to realize that if I didn't keep him alive inside me, but let go of his death that I'd be right behind him and die myself too. In the end is was a zen buddhist proverb and remembering everything he showed me that helped me let go. But, now I'm a corporal just like he was, and running the show. Letting go is very important to learn.

  • Hi, Thankyou again for writing to me and inviting me to this channel again. I've always listened to the motivational talks and people since about the age of 12. (my parents were into the positive attitude thing - mostly...long story). It's always been a huge benefit in my life, even now, I take lessons from those past speakers and learn from them. What you are saying in your awareness vids is so true. I am lucky to have been invited. Thankyou.

  • You're inspirational in that disagreeing with almost everything you say helps me focus my own philosophy. You're my new Wayne Dyer.

  • Hello Willard Nice video and lesson full of beneficial things ,hmm........ actually I have to admit that when I feel sad or may be not in good case I love to go and write down on paper what I feel and how the others didn't care with what I feel ,but u know I feel with great relaxing after I wrote on the paper and yes may be u learn some thing from the past especially tough experiences and u try to avoid them and u try to make use of the good points or may be this experience will add to u :)

    Thx

  • Great learning lessons...Keep it up friend...

  • The process of recognizing these two very different aspects of conciousness, is a journey in and of itself, and can only be undertaken while having trust in its source. The natural man begins and ends with the natural (temporal) world. The spirtual man is infinite, much like his origin and possibilities are.

  • We have many facets as human beings. The self-awareness you describe can also, if honestly achieved, will bear witness to those facets. One of those I have discovered, is the "natural man," as opposed to the spritual one. The natural man is in opposition to the potential of the spiritual man, who is the child of God, with all the natural abilities implied by the word spiritual.

  • At the beginning of my journey I got a book "Self Matters" that Dr. Phil had out, I read it+ did every exercise, it was on this very thing, going over your life from DAY one, up to present. I was 3 when daddy died of Polio, I still had the vision in my head of daddies funeral-even at that early age, I knew it was from that age, my VIEW of the cemetary was from a child standing only so many inches tall. Things around me,cars, etc. were huge in my memory. Abandonment, Was a REAL issue.: -)

  • I love this video, anyone who reads this, try it because I believe the review of self is the first step and opens the door to a whole world beyond self.

  • Such a nice coaching session that you've shared here. Your honest expression of self-appreciation was clear in this video. I imagine it will be easy for people to exude a greater ease about moving forward in acting upon your suggestions after viewing this.

In my coaching experiences people put too much pressure on themselves to Do things to make changes instead of accepting Self as is, with love, and moving gracefully as a result. Your suggestions help with this.
