Semper Fi, way to not move! Although that Marine probably had more common sense in his trigger finger than those guys had between all of them. If he weren't on duty it would have been more like 1) Tree falls. 2) Marine approaches fallen tree. 3) Marine sets up fallen tree.

Still, its his job to stand at attention for the tree. sure he may of freaked out, but his orders are to stand there. theres a video were there training a new Sentry and they use this to demonstrate how you should not react to anything unless it pertains to your orders. he did his job right, even if he was freaking out on the inside.
