when they publish the Cross Academy Kaname might be 14 or 15 and Yuuki might be 12 or 13

of course they are young back than so in my current guess Yuuki is 15 and Kaname is 18

In the Manga Kaname is Yuki's ancestor reborn into her brothers body so he is ancient and yuki is 15 but age doesn't really matter if they live for eternity

Now in the manga, Kaname is about 19 and yuuki is 17. In the first episode when their "first meet" as children, he was like 9 and she was 6 (or around there). In the first chapter of Vampire Knight, Kaname was like 16 and she was 14.
