The author is clearly good at creating military patches - such as the smiley face shown in the middle of the video.
It is not the purpose of a patch to advertize a top-secret. IF there had been such a reverse engineering project, it would have been of the highest national importance, and it would have been protected as such. That would have meant NO PATCHES - certainly not ones with aliens and alien-derived technology on them.
People need to start thinking just a little before going on a limb

These are mostly morale patches anyway, unofficial and often banned by the military. Do a google image search for "Morale Patch" you'll find tons of these and that they're all meant to be humorous and sarcastic.

There's a few things wrong with it, first of all the 3 words are masculine singular nominatives, like they were pulled straight from a dictionary. The similis looks alright here, but you would need a genitive of comparison for pullus, which would be pulli (or plural pullorum, for chicken in general). The gustatus doesn't work in this context, which just means "the flavor," it would be better to use the present passive indicative "gustatur."
