I Thought that Treyarch would bring back some of the things that made WAW great to Black Ops. Bipods, Bayonets, War, Vehicles, even some weapons (WWII guns were still utilized in the Cold War.) But instead, they tried to be too much like the modern warfare series and left out everything that made them great. WAW made Treyarch Treyarch. They sold their soul.

I think that this game is pretty awsome. =D I love playing as the Russians and especially as the Americans in the Pacific Theater.
But I would love to play as the Axis at least once. I mean who ever made a game before where yo could play as Japs or Nazis? Seriously! Show some Axis appreciation. They did conquer thousands of miles before we came and screwed 'em over. aha
try playing a wargame in the multiplayer as germany, then try to get a blitzkrieg (3rd level momentum) and turn up volume, first time really stunned me :P
i would get it, knowing that modern warfare 2 is already around the corner, they won't put out on the shelves until they make some money. Yes, in my opinion get the game, all your friends probably have it and you will get tired at one point or cod4 (either 10th prestige, or map, guns etc...)

hey guys in brothers in arms earned in blood you can play as the German side not a real story just on multi-player I think but i do agree why not make a German call of duty or hell even a Jap one althouh I would not go near the Jap one because they killed my grandfather on Okinawa I would probly cry when an Okinawa level came around

For all the whiners complaining about WWII, where did you want them to go? If they stick with modern warfare, you would say they just did this, this is the same shit as cod4, if they went pre-WWII, it would be stupid cause of the old weaponry, past modern warfare is just dumb cause cod tries to stick to realism. The only other direction I could have seen was something like Vietnam, or I can also agree with the people below me about the German side of WWII.
Russians did the same mate. Then, I was talking about playing with Wehrmacht and (of course) not with SS. I read many war-books about the war from the German point of view, and I always read the same thing: German soldiers hated SS and Feldgendarmerie (MPs for US). I always notice that requests like mine are very common here, so... I hope that one day we will play on the German side.

this game was released really quickly after COD4 for Activision to make more money...thats why this game is crap-they havnt really introduced any new innovative things.. all they changed from COD4 is skins, maps, weapons and story..but game still feels like COD4

I think that this game is pretty awsome. =D I love playing as the Russians and especially as the Americans in the Pacific Theater.
But I would love to play as the Axis at least once. I mean who ever made a game before where yo could play as Japs or Nazis? Seriously! Show some Axis appreciation. They did conquer thousands of miles before we came and screwed 'em over. aha

try playing a wargame in the multiplayer as germany, then try to get a blitzkrieg (3rd level momentum) and turn up volume, first time really stunned me :P

i would get it, knowing that modern warfare 2 is already around the corner, they won't put out on the shelves until they make some money. Yes, in my opinion get the game, all your friends probably have it and you will get tired at one point or cod4 (either 10th prestige, or map, guns etc...)

hey guys in brothers in arms earned in blood you can play as the German side not a real story just on multi-player I think but i do agree why not make a German call of duty or hell even a Jap one althouh I would not go near the Jap one because they killed my grandfather on Okinawa I would probly cry when an Okinawa level came around

I know it wouldnt be like the call of duty franchise we have come to know, but i think it would be awesome if they made a game taking place in the middle ages where there were no guns and everyone fought with swords and bows and whatnot. :)

For all the whiners complaining about WWII, where did you want them to go? If they stick with modern warfare, you would say they just did this, this is the same shit as cod4, if they went pre-WWII, it would be stupid cause of the old weaponry, past modern warfare is just dumb cause cod tries to stick to realism. The only other direction I could have seen was something like Vietnam, or I can also agree with the people below me about the German side of WWII.

Russians did the same mate. Then, I was talking about playing with Wehrmacht and (of course) not with SS. I read many war-books about the war from the German point of view, and I always read the same thing: German soldiers hated SS and Feldgendarmerie (MPs for US). I always notice that requests like mine are very common here, so... I hope that one day we will play on the German side.

this game was released really quickly after COD4 for Activision to make more money...thats why this game is crap-they havnt really introduced any new innovative things.. all they changed from COD4 is skins, maps, weapons and story..but game still feels like COD4

i think some of you will be disappointed in this game like i am...that is if you played COD4...well this game IS call of duty 4- except with different skins, weapons, and maps...the feel of the game- the effects are all the same...it just doesnt feel like your playing a new game..if anyone wants info on how to download this game for free and not waste 50$- send me a message ill be glad to show u how

i dont really see what all the fuss over being in wwII is all about, call of duty is traditionally a WWII game anyways and i think WAW is alot more balanced than MW, Modern was really sweet but i rather be in ww2, but thats just me, mayrterdom is less frequent and same goes with grenade cooking since there are different primary grenades and only x2 greande perks now. but one thing that will never be fixed juggarnaugt or we all know juggarnoobs
