Obviously a worker will always vote to keep his job no matter what. The point is if such workers have the right over the property and investment of others.

The solution is quite simple, have those workers start their own company and run it "democratically". There is nothing in capitalism that prevents them from doing so.

Social Democracy is the way forward. You can't eliminate either Capitalism or Socialism, they tried tht and it failed but you can mix the two and regulate them both with democracy

In every communist country, there will be a higher class, yet the amount of people in that upper class is few. In china's case (1.35 billion people), over 95% of people are in the "middle" class. However, if you take the U.S. for example, the class differences (in amount) are not as large.
