The only reason non-Asians don't enter is because of the language and cultural barrier. I bet JYP would have signed someone with the potential for Usher level talent in a milli-second. Honestly, having non-Asians would actually aid them when they attempt to break into markets outside of Asia (something that's proving to be a challenge for Korean artists at the moment).

@MiSoMeghan I agree with this comment. It's kind of the same with America. Do you see much Asian music artists that are really all that popular around here? There's more rap and hip hop from white and black people so just live with it. It's being the same with JYP. Non-Asians can't blame them all the time when their own countries aren't promoting Asian artists that much in the first place.

@kok1able well it's almost like why go out of your way just to be accepted into a totally new culture and learn an entirely new language and way of life if you're already an American will just as good of a chance becoming famous here. For someone that is truly serious and has the talent to become a superstar, it would be the best career decision to stay in the US as it's just such a more massive market, however based on quality id say kpop wins every time
