He did say " Honky Paradise" its a black dude saying it and then the leader tells him to forget the old ways. The old ways being the racism and hatred of America. Since everyone is that weird white color with those weird eyes. the family is one. this is an interesting movie given that it was made in the early 70's .

No, I totally disagree. You're wrong. At that time "Honky" was a widely used slang . Matthias even says to Zachary after that, "Forget the old ways, Brother, all your hatred, all your pain, forget......". "Hunky" really doesn't bring out those feelings in people.
